My daughter has loved this swing from the time she was just a few weeks old! The lights, music, and mobile are excellent features, but our favorite part is that the seat of the swing can rotate 90 degrees. When baby got tired of her view, it was so nice to easily mix things up for her. She's drifted peacefully off to sleep in this swing more times than I can count. It's been a life saver! This has got to be the best baby swing I have ever seen in my life! I have never found another swing with as many features! If you are debating over whether to buy a swing or the vibrating chair, look no further than this! It has both! The set up is so easy (you only need a phillips head screwdriver ), and you can get started in minutes. One of my absolute favorite features is that you have the option to use batteries or to plug it in, because let's face it, most of the time, we don't have the right aized batteries for these things! Some of the features include: - The adapter to make it battery free - A detachable seat to convert it to an infant vibrating chair (very easy to attach, and the seat can be set up to lay flat or sit at an incline ) - Color changing lights and a cute mobile that rotates - Six speeds for the swing - The ability to swing back and forth or sode to side (just turn the chair in the direction you want it to swing) - Music - A place to hook up your cell phone to play your own music if you choose This swing is super soft and comfortable, and a perfect gender neutral design. The only down side I can even think of is that it is really large, so it takes up a lot of space! I have to be honest, though: I am totally jealous that they don't make these for adults! Overall, I have enjoyed this swing. The colors are gender neutral and the material is super soft. Assembly of the swing wasn't difficult, however, it could have been simpler if there were markings or stickers on the actual pieces that corresponded to the labeled pieces on the instruction booklet. My son is 5 weeks old and seems to enjoy sleeping in the swing. He has difficulty sleeping flat in a crib or play yard and the adjustable back to make him sit up more is a great feature. I do wish the seat part was a little deeper. I love that the seat comes off and is a bouncer. It removes easily. My 2 year old got sick during the night while my husband was away and my 5 week old chose that moment to start screaming. I was able to easily remove the seat and bring him to the bathroom with us while I was bathing my older son. The vibrations on the seat are also mild enough that they actually soothe him rather than irritate him. My other two children hated vibrating seats. The swing motion is smooth the music and lights are soothing without being to much. The swing cover is adorable and so soft. The only negative is the pictorial assembly instructions are a little difficult to follow, but the assembly video online made putting it together a snap. all together it is a functional piece and it has a pleasing aesthetic for the adults as well. I bought this a month ago in expectation of our 2 grandchild. totally cute, multi function, and easy transition.
The 2 in 1 infant swing has some pretty great features. It has an adorable design, soft seat, the mobile lights up and the sounds are soothing. I also liked that I could plug my phone up to it and let the baby listen to something on my phone. I have an Android phone and it worked perfectly without any issues. Volume wasn't too loud but perfect tone for little sensitive ears. The swing's motion was very smooth and over all quiet. The size of the swing is pretty standard for a full size swing. It was very easy to assemble and required little effort and time to put it together. I loved that the seat detaches and can be used as another seat for the baby and that it vibrates. However, I had a difficult time detaching it from the base, which isn't really a bad thing but it could be made a little easier to lift off. I would definitely practice detaching the seat without baby in it until you get the hang of it. After practicing a few times I was able to lift the seat off without any further issues. I got this for my baby who is now 10 months old and love the fact that is all in one set. I like the swing but I knew that eventually I will need a rocker as well and this product fit just that. But 10 months later and the rocker is broken I'm not sure how but the bars at the bottom some how they broke. It could have been that I use it often but i thought it was good.
Bought this last night for our 20 day old baby. I spent the time putting it together and was so excited. I get it together just to discover the straps that come over the shoulders were sewn in way way to short. Our baby is just over 5 pounds and the straps won't snap around his little shoulders.
